2011 Training Day Calendar
The LCHRC hosts a training day on the second Sunday of each month, except June and September.
Training days are open to everyone and we encourage folks who are new to retriever training and HRC hunt tests to join us for a fun and relaxed day of dog training. We send out email notices about the details before each training day and you can get on the list by following the link below if you are not a club member.
A fee of $10 for LCHRC members and $20 for non-members covers our costs and makes this a high value training day for those looking for training opportunities for your dogs.
We are always looking for volunteer training day leaders. If you want to host a training day, which means picking a location, choosing the drills and scenarios, and delegating the logistics, then contact a club officer to sign up for one of the remaining calendar dates. Our club members are evenly distributed between Oregon and Washington and moving the location around is beneficial in training our dogs.
